Delivering your Order

We aim to despatch orders within 5 days and you have choice on checkout to choose a specific delivery date. If there is a delay on your order, we will contact you to discuss this and we will keep you informed on the progress of your order.  Please Allow upto two weeks for some 18ct and Platinum items

Bespoke Orders take 2-3 Weeks from confirmed Design completion.

For orders posted within the UK, we use Royal Mail Special Delivery Gauranteed before 1pm. A Signature is required for this. The charge for this is £8.00 (Free if Item is over £100) For Loose Stone Orders you can choose the option for Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For, please note that the compensation for loss is limited to £250.

For orders posted outside the UK, we use Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed. The charge for this is £15.00 (Free if item is over £100)

Royal Mail will notify you by way of email and text message (When mobile number is supplied) when your Goods are dispatched to you. The message will contain details of estimated delivery times in addition to any reasons for a delay in the delivery of the Goods purchased by you.

If the Company receives no communication from you within three days of delivery regarding any problems with the Goods, you are deemed to have received the Goods in full working order with no issues.
