Returns and Replacements
We offer a 30 day money back guarantee: if for any reason you are unsatistfied with you Moissanite Jewellery for any reason, you may return it, unworn and in it original packaging, within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. If you wish to exchange your jewellery for a more expensive or less expensive piece, simple contact us to discuss your requirements. We pride ourselves on producing high quality jewellery and service, however if your jewellery has a non-manufacturing fault, please contact us to discuss repair options before proceeding.
