If you have a warranty card for a Charles & Colvard moissanite piece, please submit your warranty directly to them at https://www.charlesandcolvard.com/warranty

Your warranty card will look like the below image and the warranty code is the number below the barcode.

If you have purchased a Starlight Moissanite over 0.50ct then please use the Report No. at the top of the AnchorCert certificate to register your warranty.

 Please DO NOT try to register your warranty for other brands of Moissanite.
