Delivering your Order

Order Dispatch & Delivery Information

We aim to dispatch all orders within 5 working days. At checkout, you can select a preferred delivery date. If there is any delay with your order, we will contact you directly and keep you updated on its progress.

Please allow up to two weeks for certain 18ct gold and platinum items.

Bespoke orders require 2–3 weeks from the date the final design is confirmed.

UK Delivery & Collection 

Orders within the UK are shipped via Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed next day by 1pm. This service requires a signature on delivery and costs £12.00, but is free for orders over £100.

For loose stone orders, you have the option to choose Royal Mail tracked 24.

Collection in person is also available and you will receive an email to confirm your order is ready for collection at our Birmingham premises, please note that collection times will need to be confirmed and full payment is required via the website before any good are released.

International Delivery

For orders outside the UK, we use Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed. This service costs £18.00, but is free for orders over £100.

Courier Service

If you prefer to use a courier service for your delivery, this can be arranged upon request. Please contact us in advance to discuss available options and any additional costs.

Shipping Notifications

Once your order has been dispatched, Royal Mail will notify you via email and SMS (if a mobile number is provided). The message will include an estimated delivery time and any relevant updates in the event of a delay.

Receiving Your Order

If you do not contact us within three days of delivery regarding any issues, we will assume the goods have been received in full working order.
