Orders are dispatched within 5 working days and you can choose the earliest delivery date on checkout, please allow upto 2 weeks for 18ct &  Platinum items.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

Loose Stones are normally dispatched the next working day<\/p>\r\n\r\n

For orders posted within th UK, we use Royal Mail Special Delivery Gauranteed before 1pm for orders over £100 & Tracked 24 for any items under this amount.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

For orders posted outside the UK, we use Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

Once your order is despatched you will be sent a link from Royal Mail® to track your order.<\/p>\r\n\r\n

We offer a 30 day money back guarantee: if for any reason you are unsatisfied with your Moissanite Jewellery for any reason, you may return it, unworn and in its original packaging, within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. If you wish to exchange your jewellery for a more expensive or less expensive piece, simple contact us to discuss your requirements. We pride ourselves on producing high quality jewellery and service, however if your jewellery has a non-manufacturing fault, please contact us to discuss repair options before proceeding.<\/p>\r\n\r\n
